Return Policy
Our money-back guarantee gives you 60 days to decide whether the Organic Swing is everything you hoped for. If for some reason it’s not working out, you can return it for a full refund. Here’s how that works:
- Email us within 60 days of receiving your order. We will then help schedule a FedEx pickup of your boxes
- You’ll need to securely pack the swing in the original packaging. Don’t throw the boxes away until you’re sure the Organic Swing is right for you
- The swing will need to be in the same condition in which you received it. For example, we can't take back a swing that’s been damaged or modified after delivery
- We will refund you the full purchase price of your swing, less the cost of the return shipping labels (which is $100)
